Common questions

The app uses invisible function keys (F13–F20) that Windows registers as real keystrokes. Your time tracker sees genuine input activity — it has no way to distinguish this from normal keyboard use. There is no bot detection bypass, no screen manipulation, and no API calls involved.

No. Each key is cryptographically locked to the specific Machine ID of the PC it was generated for. Entering the key on any other machine will show "Invalid license key." This protects both you and us.

After payment, you share your Machine ID (shown in the app's login screen) with us via WhatsApp or email. We generate and send your key within minutes — usually under 5 minutes during business hours.

Currently Windows only (Windows 7 and above). The app is a native Windows .exe — no installation required, just download and run.

The app automatically stops and shows an expiry notice. Your freelance account is unaffected — you just need to purchase a new key to continue using the tool.

Keys are non-transferable by design. If you get a new computer, contact us — for active plans we offer a free re-issue to your new Machine ID as a one-time courtesy.
